Voice and Lead Capture

Use this part of Public AI Chat when your public assistant should do more than answer questions. It can support voice interaction, meeting-link handoff, and lead-notification workflows where those features are enabled in your environment.

Voice Settings

Public AI Chat can include:

  • a voice-chat toggle
  • a text-to-speech voice selection for AI responses

Voice features should be enabled only when the embedding experience and access configuration are set up for voice use.

Lead Capture and Handoff

Public AI Chat can also support:

  • a meeting-link setting for scheduling or escalation
  • lead-capture flows
  • notification recipients for captured leads

Notification recipients are selected from Site administrators or the Site owner.

When to Use These Features

These settings are useful when Public Chat is part of:

  • a support triage flow
  • a sales or qualification path
  • a booking or contact handoff
  • a higher-touch documentation experience
