Audit Certificates and Completed Documents

View as Markdown

When a request completes, Clear Ideas generates:

  • a completed signed document
  • a signing certificate

If a request is declined, Clear Ideas records decline evidence and generates a decline certificate for that outcome.

What the Certificate Contains

The certificate is generated from server-side signing evidence and can include:

  • request details
  • participant details
  • signer verification events
  • consent records
  • field completion details
  • document integrity information
  • completion timestamps

Source of Truth

The signing certificate is intended to be authoritative. It is generated from server-side evidence rather than from editable user-provided content.

Access

Completed artifacts are attached to the signing request and can be opened from the signing area or the related file, depending on user access.
