Notifications
The Clear Ideas App boasts a comprehensive notification system designed to keep users informed of important events and updates. Notifications are currently delivered via email, offering users a variety of options to tailor the frequency and timing to their preferences.
Notification Frequency
Each user can choose from several notification frequency options:
Immediate: Receive notifications as soon as an event occurs.
Hourly: Receive notifications every hour.
Daily: Receive a daily summary.
Weekly: Receive a weekly digest.
Never: Disable notifications entirely.
Furthermore, users have the flexibility to customize the times during which notifications are sent. For immediate or hourly notifications, users can define specific time windows. For daily or weekly notifications, users can select the exact time of day and the specific days of the week they wish to receive updates. This level of customization ensures that users maintain control over when and how often they receive notifications.
It’s important to note that notifications are compiled into a digest format, encompassing updates from all sites in a single message sent at the desired date and time. If an event occurs during a period where notifications are muted, the update will be included in the next available notification window.

Site-Specific Notifications
Users can manage their preferences on a site-by-site basis, opting to receive notifications for only selected sites. Additionally, site owners and administrators have the authority to enable or disable notifications for all users associated with their site, allowing for centralized management of notification settings.
These features collectively provide users with comprehensive control over their notification experience, ensuring timely and relevant updates aligned with their personal schedules and preferences.
