Create a Signature Request
To create a signature request:
- Open a PDF file in Clear Ideas.
- Go to the Sign tab.
- Choose New Signature Request.
- Enter a request title and optional message.
- Add one or more recipients.
- Choose routing mode:
- Sequential for ordered signing
- Parallel for independent signing
- Choose signer authentication requirements.
- Save the draft or send the request immediately.
Notes
- Signature requests are created from PDFs.
- The original source document is pinned for the request.
- Signing terms, when configured, are pulled from your Signing Request Defaults.
- Organization policy can provide default signing terms, lock those terms, or disable signing request creation entirely.
- Team plans and above are intended for production signing workflows.
