View usage, plan limits, and upgrade options. Manage payment methods and unlock higher limits when needed.

Usage Summary

Settings > Billing shows:

Storage Used: Total storage vs. limit.

Sites: Count vs. plan limit.

Users: Count vs. plan limit.

Administrators: Count vs. plan limit.

Upgrade

Use the Upgrade action to change plans and increase limits. Some AI models and features are subscriber‑only.

Document Signing Availability

Document signing is plan-based:

• Free: limited trial access to signing
• Professional: not included
• Team, Business, Enterprise: included

Free signing is limited to:

• 1 field per request
• 1 recipient per request
• 1 active request at a time
• 5 total requests

If you need secure signing with external recipients in ongoing production use, Team or higher is the right starting point.

Payment Methods

Manage your payment method(s) under Billing. Charges and AI credit auto‑recharge follow your selected plan and thresholds.
