Use Settings > Saved Signatures to manage reusable signatures and initials for document signing.

What You Can Save

Clear Ideas supports saved entries for:

  • signatures
  • initials

Depending on the entry type, you can work with typed, drawn, or uploaded representations.

Manage Saved Entries

From Settings > Saved Signatures, you can:

  • create a new signature or initials entry
  • edit an existing entry
  • delete an entry you no longer use
  • maintain separate entries for signatures and initials

Signing Preferences

Saved Signatures also works with signing preferences such as:

  • auto-filling name fields
  • auto-filling date fields
  • preferred typed display name
  • default saved signature or initials behavior where applicable

When This Helps

Saved Signatures speeds up repeat signing work and helps keep signing requests consistent across recurring processes.
