Prompt Templates

Guide model outputs by selecting an existing markdown document as an output template for AI Chat. Templates help standardize deliverables like memos, checklists, or reports.

Using a Template in Chat

• Click the template icon in the chat header.
• Search across your sites for a suitable markdown file (e.g., a checklist or reporting format).
• Select it to attach as the current Output Template. The response will follow its structure.
• Remove the template at any time to return to free‑form responses.

Templates do not change your original file. Saved chat responses can be exported as new files; see AI Chat.
