# Billing & Plans

View usage, plan limits, and upgrade options. Manage payment methods and unlock higher limits when needed.

## Usage Summary

Settings > Billing shows:

**Storage Used**: Total storage vs. limit.

**Sites**: Count vs. plan limit.

**Users**: Count vs. plan limit.

**Administrators**: Count vs. plan limit.

## Upgrade

Use the Upgrade action to change plans and increase limits. Some AI models and features are subscriber‑only.

## Document Signing Availability

Document signing is plan-based:

- **Free**: limited trial access to signing
- **Professional**: not included
- **Team, Business, Enterprise**: included

Free signing is limited to:

- 1 field per request
- 1 recipient per request
- 1 active request at a time
- 5 total requests

If you need secure signing with external recipients in ongoing production use, Team or higher is the right starting point.

## Payment Methods

Manage your payment method(s) under Billing. Charges and AI credit auto‑recharge follow your selected plan and thresholds.
