Security & Two‑Factor Authentication

Protect your account with two‑factor authentication (2FA) and backup codes. Manage recovery and ensure only you can sign in.

Enable 2FA

From Settings > Security:

• Start Two‑Factor Setup and follow the guided steps.
• Use an authenticator app to scan the QR code or enter the secret manually.
• Confirm with a verification code to complete setup.

Backup Codes

• Generate backup codes and store them offline (password manager or secure storage).
• Each code is single‑use; you can regenerate a new set at any time (previous codes become invalid).

Best Practices

• Use 2FA on all administrator accounts.
• Keep backup codes safe and separate from your primary device.
• Regularly review Active Sessions and revoke unfamiliar devices.
