Filter Bar

The filter bar allows users to tailor their analytics experience by setting specific parameters:

  • Sites: Narrow down analyses to specific sites.
  • User Groups: Focus analytics on particular user groups.
  • Date Range: Specify a start and end date to define the data period.
  • Limit: Set the number of results to display.
  • Selected Actions: Filter by actions such as viewed, downloaded, or uploaded files.
  • Frequency: Choose the time granularity—Point in Time (All Dates), Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  • Show User Groups: Enable grouping of data by user groups.

  • Storage Size: Shows the current storage usage.
  • Total Files: Lists the total number of files stored.
  • Total Indexed Files: Indicates the number of files that have been indexed.
  • Total Sites (Owned): Provides a count of all sites owned by the user.

Content Analytics

Content Analytics provides insights into how content is being accessed and interacted with:

Most Accessed Content: Ranks content based on views and/or downloads, tailored by the applied filters.

Content Activity: Tracks actions like views, downloads, or uploads as indicated by selected filters.
