Site Export

Export the complete contents of a site to a zip file for backup, archival, or offline access. Site exports include all documents, folders, and site structure. Access export functionality through Site Settings > Export.

  • There may be limits on concurrent exports

File Size

  • Very large sites may produce very large zip files
  • Consider the download and storage implications
  • Large exports may take longer to process

Content Scope

  • Exports include site contents only
  • Site settings, user permissions, and configurations are not included
  • Watermarks are not applied to exported files
