# Recently Deleted

Use **Site Settings > Recently Deleted** to review deleted files and folders and restore them back into the Site when needed.

## What You Can Do

Recently Deleted lets Site administrators:

- review deleted content
- restore one item or many items
- choose the destination for restored content
- restore items back to the original location when that location is still available

## Restore Content

1. Open **Site Settings > Recently Deleted**
2. Select the file or folder you want to restore
3. Choose the destination
4. Confirm the restore

If multiple items share the same original parent location, Clear Ideas can preselect that destination.

## When This Is Useful

Use Recently Deleted when content was removed too early, deleted by mistake, or needs to be returned to the governed workspace for continued review.
