# Schedules

Schedules run Agents automatically on a recurring cadence. The schedule calendar gives administrators and operators a calendar-first view of upcoming Agent activity and recent runs.

## What the Calendar Shows

Use the calendar to review:

- scheduled Agent runs
- recent Agent runs
- recurring execution patterns
- month and week views
- activity filtered by Agent

## When To Use Schedules

Schedules are useful when work needs to happen predictably, such as:

- weekly client reporting
- monthly investor or lender updates
- recurring website or public-content monitoring
- scheduled contract or policy review
- periodic board packet preparation
- recurring audit request checks

## Schedule Review

Before relying on a schedule, review:

- Agent variables and variable presets
- selected Sites and source connections
- model and reasoning settings
- controlled tools and egress policy
- notification settings
- benchmark and review settings

Scheduled runs should use stable configuration and clear evidence requirements when outputs support external decisions.
